FRIDAY JULY 28th
Day of Opening
Arrivals, check-in etc. from 8 AM
Special bus transportation from Copenhagen for planned arrivals of foreign participants
6 PM.: Wellcome dinner
8 PM: Official opening of the Camp in the big tent
After this the cafés, cinema and other activities will begin

The main themes of the Camp will be introduced each day from 10 p.m – 12.30 in the big tent
In the Afternoons/early evening there will be workshops, seminars, sports and more
Each day there will be workshops organised by different countries and special thematic workshops
The two permanent cultural cafés – the International Café and the Message from the Grassroots-Café -
will have prepared programs most days, mainly in the evenings, featuring international performances -
and many young Danish music groups and other artists
The Cinema will feature documentaries and great films afternoon/evening every day

SATURDAY JULY 29th
Theme: The Middle East and the strategy of imperialism
Main contributions in the big tent by representative of Iraqi resistance,
from the turkish youth organisation EMEK, the American anti-war movement and others

The Big Tent
Workshops (afternoon/evening) among other about the situation of the liberation struggle in Iraq,
the global movement against US wars, the role of oil in the strategy of US
Start of sports tournaments
Photoexhibition on Iraq.
8 PM: Giant Opening Party in the big tent
International music groups and among others Burm and Street Comittee (Dk)
SUNDAY JULY 30th
Theme: Resistance and anti-imperialist solidarity
Main contributions in the big tent from a.o. Naser Alsehli, Palestinian journalist,
and Patrick MacManus, spokesman of the organisation 'Rebellion' (Dk),
indicted by the Danish terror laws for international solidarity, facing a long prison sentence
Workshops a.o. about Palestine and by 'Rebellion' (‘Liberation struggle is not terrorism'):
Palestine Photo Exhibition. Sports tournaments begin, continuing all week..
Both the Message from the Grassroots-café, that will be headed by Naja Koppel
(a member of the great Danish band Savage Rose)
and the International Café
will have full programs, the latter with Palestinian and Turkish music and more
MONDAY JULY 31st
Theme: Neoliberalism, the European Union and the struggle of the youth

The French experience: Introduced by French participants in the struggle against CPE and the European Constitution.
Workshops: a.o. the Youth of the People's Movement against the European Union (Dk),
the student organisation PLS on the present struggle of education in Denmark,
KPD ( Germany ) about the European Constitution.
Evening about Christiania in the International Café with their band Sorteper
TUESDAY AUGUST 1st
International Youth Camp goes to Copenhagen
Excursions to 'The Other Denmark' – among others Christiania

WEDNESDAY AUGUST 2nd
Theme: Another World Is Necessary: Socialism

Latin Amerika is a continent of revolt. The main discussion in the big tent will be organised by
Ecuadorian youth in collabtoration with other Latin American delegations
Workshops on different countries in Latin America – a.o. Brasil , Ecuador , Colombia , Mexico and Dominican Republic
Latin American night in International Cafe.
THURSDAY AUGUST 3rd
Theme: The struggle of the youth is global
Main discussion in the big tent about stuggle for education, anti war struggle,
the struggle against anti-terror laws and repression – with representatives from all continents.
From Denmark Lars Grenaa (PLS) will be in the panel.

anti-wellfare reform May 17th 2006
International workshops continue
There will also be a workshop on street actions by US folk-rock singer David Rovics
and on Civil Disobedience by Ulla Røder, Trident Plougshares –
and you can meet one-time Danish ‘terrorists' – that is
veterans of the resistance struggle against Nazi occupation 1940-1945.
International Cafe: Music from Africa
FRIDAY AUGUST 4th
10-12 AM: Closure ceremony in the big tent
Culltural workshops and sport actvities ends during the afternnoon
6PM: Festive dinner – leading to
ALL NIGHT STOP- U.S. -PARTY
with among others David Rovics, the breakers, Pailin, catbird
SATURDAY AUGUST 5th
Farewell Day.
Departure.
Cultural Cafes and Cinema closes down.
The Camp finally closes at 8 PM
